Rod has been leading significant organisational change for much of his career. He has worked across a broad range of organisations, and has experience in both the public and private sector.

Having now worked in both the higher education and vocational education and training sectors for many years, he has developed expertise across many aspects of industry led skills programs.

Rod has been selected to be a key member of reform bodies including the National Resourcs Sector Taskforce, Premier's Jobs Squad and other ministerial and industry taskforces.
