Katya Holker is the Co-Founder of Hawkeye Consultancy and a nationally recognised compliance and quality expert in the Australian VET sector. With over a decade of experience across government, enterprise, and private providers, she brings unmatched clarity to complex regulatory frameworks including the Standards for RTOs, National Code 2018, ESOS Act, and multiple state-funded contracts.
As Chair of the ITECA Queensland Committee, Katya is an active voice in national VET policy reform and provider capability uplift. Named Southeast Queensland Trainer of the Year in 2023, she combines deep expertise with a refreshingly practical, human approach. Katya holds qualifications in business, auditing, and training and assessment and is currently studying law.
